Know your way around Dutch labour law and international HQ dynamics? We'd like to hear from you.
What you'll do: support organisations across the full range of HR matters — employment law, absence, policy development, and the conversations that come with works councils and international stakeholders. You'll keep local Dutch practice aligned with group-wide policy, and no two assignments will look quite the same.
What you bring:
- Solid HR experience in international organisations
- Strong grasp of Dutch labour law and regulations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, comfortable communicating internally and across borders
- Pragmatic, self-starting, and results-oriented
- Open to short assignments, longer projects, or case-by-case work
